1. Decide which Internship you want to participate in (Introduction/4 wks, Advanced/8 wks, or Academic Quarter/12 wks)

2. Select your desired dates

Once we receive your form, if you are accepted into the program, we will contact you with further details regarding the registration process, including payment options for the $150 non-refundable Application Fee to reserve your spot, as well as the remaining balance of the Program Fees.
